Each supplier has a different return policy.
Follow bellow our return policies by product type. Find the product you
are referring to, then read the return policy for that supplier. If you
still have any questions, don't hesitate to
contact us.
Room Decor /
Puzzles / Coat Hooks / Wooden Play sets -
Any item with a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no charge. If
an item is returned to our warehouse for any other reason, there is a
30% re-stocking fee charge.
High Chairs /
Bathing / Toilet Training / Bed Guard Rails
- No returns for hygienic products. Return of all
other items must be unopened and un-used. For defective items contact us
within 7 days of delivery for instructions. This manufacturer will
either: 1)Send replacement parts; 2)Replace the product or; 3)Refund
product cost. Manufacturer has the right to choose the corrective option
for defective merchandise. There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the
product price minus a U$3.00 handling fee. No refund will be given to
used and opened items.
Waiting Room
Toys - Manufacturer has a 90 day warranty.
All orders can be cancelled unless they have already been shipped. If
the customer decides against purchasing the product(s) after the
delivery has left the Company, it is the customer's responsibility to
send the product back to them at their cost and will also be subject to
a 20% restocking fee. If a product is received damaged or not working,
please contact us immediately and either replacement parts or a new unit
will be sent out.
Kid's Clothing
- Due to the time that goes into making custom,
hand-crafted items, all sales are final. If an item does not fit
correctly, please notify me within one week of receipt. Minor
alterations will be performed free of charge with return shipping the
responsibility of the buyer. Altered items will be shipped back to the
purchaser free of charge.
Baby shower
gifts and favors - You'll find we have the
most easy-going return policy around. Return anything within three
months of the order date, no questions asked.
Pram Strollers
- Please keep in mind that all returns must be made
within 7 days after you receive the stroller. The returned stroller
needs to be in its original box, in an unused condition. Customer needs
to pay for shipping both ways (stroller shipped to and returned from the
customer), plus 15% restocking fee.
Handmade Stools
- Because items are personalized, returns are only
accepted on defective merchandise or if there is an error made on our
part. It is the responsibility of the company ordering the step stool to
verify spelling for personalization. Returns must be made within 30 days
of delivery. However, there is a 1 year limited warranty on all stools.
