Puzzles / Wooden playsets - items will be shipped 1 business day after the purchase. Orders are shipped Mon-Thr, so if you place an order on Thrusday afternoon, your item will be shipped on the following Monday.

Waiting Room Toys - Manufacturer ships via UPS or Fed Ex.
Coat hooks and Book Ends - items will be shipped 1 business day after the purchase. Orders are shipped Mon-Thr, so if you place an order on Thrusday afternoon, your item will be shipped on the following Monday.

High Chairs / Bathing / Bed Guard Rails / Toilet Training - items will be shipped withing 5-7 business days. Please allow transit time. This manufacturer will give you a tracking number for the shipped item only if the item hasn't arrived after 7 business days after shipping.

Kid's Clothing - Orders take 5-10 business days (usually much less) for completion plus shipping time. If you need your order immediately, please contact me and I will be happy to accommodate if possible. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an estimated shipping date. Shipping estimations are based upon the receipt date of payment and measurements (if providing them). Packages are shipped Priority Mail or airmail. If needed, expedited shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Insurance is optional but recommended - $1.30 per $50. of coverage. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items once taken to the post office.

Pram Strollers - Manufacturer ships from San Jose, CA and uses a flat rate for all shippings. They ship to Canada and Europe as well, by quote. The service used is DHL and they provide tracking number.
WE SHIP OUR STROLLERS TO CANADA. NO ESTIMATE NEEDED ON SHIPPING. FLAT RATE + CUSTOM FEES INCLUDED IN SHIPPING PRICE (U$49.95 Shipping anywhere in Canada + U$59.00 duty, tax and fees on each stroller crossing border - total U$108.95). We will forward the $59 to FEDEX/Canadian government.

Shipping charges to European countries: Our strollers are very popular in Europe. If you want a quote on shipping to Europe, please send us the country name. Do not place your order before contacting us. We will email you the quote on shipping charge to your country.
Baby shower gifts and favors - All orders, unless the products are on back-order, are shipped out within two to three business days. Products requiring personalization will ship within 7 to 10 business days. We ship anywhere in Canada, and offer UPS WorldEase to help reduce your taxes and duties. At this time, we cannot ship to any other areas. We'll email you with a UPS tracking number when your order ships from our warehouse.

Handmade Stools - We ship by USPS or UPS ground and shipping fees are $7.50 for normal delivery. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. We ship with in the contiguous United States. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska is available at an additional fee. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery from the order date. In the event that delivery times change, you will be notified via email and every effort will be made to complete any pending orders in the original delivery timeframe quoted when item was ordered.
